Grandma Sharon shared with me a story and I have to tell:
This morning, Kayin and Grandma were playing in the living room with her stacking blocks (which I picked up at a garage sale for a buck!). Kayin went over to her bag, got out a diaper, went to Grandma and took her hand and walked her back to her room!! Sure enough, she needed to be changed! Can't we say SMART??!!
Is it too soon to be thinking about potty training our little dolly??

Are you kidding me? If you think she's ready - go for it! It's the lovliest thing in the world not to have to mess with diapers!:) What a smart little lady!!
Sorry...that comment was actually from me. Todd's not really that interested in discussing potty training etc...I, however, am!
I always forget to check whether I'm loggged in as me or Todd!
I just read an article about not rushing into the whole potty training thing. However, for the past month, she has been climbing on the toilet, pretending to "wipe" with toilet paper and she has now discovered the flushing mechanism. I am going to talk to the sitter about it next week. She is going to have three kids around Kayin's age and who could think of a better thing that going through it with someone?! Not to mention those diapers!!
