Kayin and Mommy in the Rainforest...enjoyed finding all the animals inside. Kind of reminded me of "Where's Waldo" when she would ask a question about a sound she heard...LOVED IT!!

A tradition in the Brinkmeyer household is to take a family trip to the zoo. When Kayin was two weeks old, we ventured out to the Brookfield Zoo in LaGrange, Illinois. Now in Nebraska, Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo it is!! I loved spending the day with my family and seeing her excitement with all the animals. (Needless to say, we were all EXHAUSTED after we got home...were there the entire day from open to close and Kayin was awake the entire time)!!!
